摘要
电场活化聚合物在直流电场作用下会产生大幅度的应变,被视为制作微型机械中电致动器的理想材料。由于其属于大变形超弹性材料,故采用Mooney-Rivlin模型和Ogden模型建立其力学性能模型,为后续研究和电场活化聚合物致动器、传感器元件的设计提供理论依据。
Dielectric elastomers can produce a great extent of deformation, when put them into a DC electric field sandwiched between two compliant electrodes and are taken as ideal material of actuators in MEMS. Because they belong to hyperelastic material with large deformations, mechanical property modeling using Mooney-rivlin model and Ogden model are discussed in this paper, in order to provide theoretical basis for the later research and application of dielectric elastomers.
