摘要
在动态剪切模式下对轮胎胶料进行应变扫描,并以此为依据,结合相应的超弹性本构模型对试验数据进行拟合预测。结果表明:Yeoh模型对动态剪切试验数据的拟合效果最佳;三阶Ogden模型对胎面胶动态剪切试验数据拟合效果较四阶Ogden模型好,对胎侧胶和胎圈胶的试验数据拟合结果相近。
The strain sweep test of tire compound was carried out under dynamic shear mode,and the experimental data were simulated by using hyper-elastic constitutive model.The results showed that,the fitting of Yeho model on the dynamic shear test data was the best.The fitting of three-term Ogden model on the dynamic shear test data of tread compound was better than that of four-term Ogden model,and their fitting results on the data for the sidewall and bead compound were similar.
