摘要
以氨基磺酸和丙烯醇醚为原料,在酸性催化剂A和胺类催化剂B复配的催化体系中合成了丙烯醇醚硫酸盐。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间对丙烯醇醚硫酸盐的活性物含量和双键含量的影响,通过正交试验得出了最佳工艺条件:催化剂A用量为8%,催化剂B用量为0.75%(以醇酸投料总质量计),醇酸摩尔比为1:1.1,反应温度为120~125℃,反应时间为4 h。在合成反应中加人对苯二酚对双键具有很好的保护效果,双键保持率为98%。最优工艺条件下的重复试验表明,得出的产品指标稳定,质量明显优于国外样品。
Propylene alcohol ether sulfate was synthesized from sulfamic acid and propylene alcohol ether as raw material in the presence of complex of acid catalyst A and amine catalyst B as catalyst system. The effects of catalyst amount, molar ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the content of propylene alcohol ether sulfate as active material and the content of double bonds were examined. The orthogonal experiment was designed based on above experimental results and the optimum reaction conditions were respectively as follows:the content of catalyst A and catalyst B were 8 % and 0.75 %, molar ratio of propylene alcohol ether to sulfamic acid 1 : 1.1, reaction temperature 120 - 125 ℃, reaction time 4 hours. Addition of hydroquinone to reaction system will have a good protective effect in the synthesis process of propylene alcohol ether sulfate and 98 % of double bonds could be maintained. The repeated experiments on the optimum conditions showed that the technology have good repeatability and the product have good stability. The synthesized product showed a marked improvement in quality compared to similar product abroad.
