摘要
介绍了以丙烯酸为主要单体进行水溶液聚合制备肽洗剂的方法。通过改变不同的聚合条件,并测其聚合物的分子量及钙赘合值,确定了工艺条件和配方,同时与国外样品进行了对比。实验和应用结果表明,本助洗剂的钙螫合能力较高,助洗效果好,是洗涤剂中三聚磷酸钠的理想替代品。
Abstract This paper describes the copolymerization ofacrylic acid and other carboxylic acid in aqueous system,which is for the making of acrylic builder. By changing the ploymeric conditionsand measuring molecular weight and chelating a-bility( mgCaCO_3/g),the technical condition andcomposition are ascertained.It is comparedmeantime with overseas sample.The result of test and use showes that acrylic builder is superi-or in the chelating ability and the detergence.So,it is an ideal substitute for sodium polyphos-phate in the detergent.
