组织公平感对员工工作绩效的影响机制研究 被引量:32

摘要 本文在分析组织公平感与员工工作绩效关系已有文献的基础上,从理论上提出了组织公平感的三个维度(包括分配公平、程序公平和互动公平)分别对员工绩效(包括任务绩效和关系绩效)的综合影响模型,指出组织公平感不仅对员工工作绩效产生直接影响,还会通过领导—成员交换关系和组织承诺这两个中介变量对员工绩效产生间接影响。
