摘要
员工表现出来的关联绩效能够提高组织效能,而组织公平感能够改善其心理与行为,促进关联绩效的提高。通过问卷调查分析了组织公平感对公务员关联绩效的影响,结果显示,公务员关联绩效整体水平较高,关联绩效与组织公平感各维度都有较高的相关性,其中程序公平和领导公平对公务员关联绩效具有较好的预测作用。
The performance of employee can improve effectiveness of organization,while organizational justice can improve servants' performance.This paper analyzes the impact of organizational justice on civil servants' performance by questionnaire survg.The results show that the level of civil servants' performance is higher.There was high correlation between contextual performance and organizational justice,and procedural justice and leadership justice can forecast performance preferably.
