摘要
分析了油气悬挂缸的工作原理,应用实际气体状态方程、阻尼孔流量系数方程和热力学相关理论建立了油气弹簧的非线性数学模型,分析了油气弹簧的结构参数和状态参数对其热平衡的影响;进行了油气弹簧动态热平衡试验,研究了激励振幅、激励频率和温度变化等对油气弹簧动态特性的影响规律,并验证了油气弹簧数学模型的正确性.
This paper analyzes the principle of the hydro - pneumatic spring, and found nonlinear mathematical model of the hydro- pneumatic spring, using the practice gas equation, orifice flow coefficient and thermodynamic equations. The heat balance simulation of the hydro - pneumatic spring based on the model is processed. The effect of the structure and state parameters on the thermal balance is analyzed. This Paper carries through a heat balance test to investigate effects of vibration excitation amplitude and frequency and temperature changes and other factor on dynamic characteristics of spring. The test results verify the mathematical model of gas spring.
