摘要
油液的容积弹性模量对减振器速度特性有直接的影响,该量随压力与温度的变化而变化,文献中常将此量按常量处理,但没有说明取其常量的合理性.在建模过程中本文考虑油液压缩性影响时包含了油液的容积弹性模量,仿真中通过将该量取变量与常量的结果与实验结果对比表明,两者均与实验结果较吻合,但取变量的仿真时间是取常量的25倍.因此,取油液的容积弹性模量为常数不仅简化问题,仿真结果也是可信的.液压控制系统中常取此值为Be=7000 × 105Pa,仿真表明对减振器该值是可用的.
The oil bulk modulus influences the characteristics of shock absorbers. The modulus changes with the change of pressure and tamperature. In the literature, it is always assumed to be a constant. But there is no exploration. In the modeling, the bulk modulus is considered in this paper. And computer simulation is carried out for constant or changeable bulk modulus. For invalidation, simulation and experiments are compared. The simulation results are identical with the experiment results. The simulation time for constant is shorter than that for changeable one. This shows that constant bulk modulus is more suitable for sedation. According to the results of hydraulic control systems, Be = 7000 x 105 Pa is a suitable constant.
