摘要
针对某炼油厂加氢裂化装置中的循环氢压缩机出口仪表引压管的氢泄漏事故,对该管的材料成分、金相组织、腐蚀状况、裂纹及断口等进行了分析.结果表明,该管的材质为316不锈钢;失效原因是由于在其管外壁的局部环境中氯化物的富集而发生点蚀,进而引发管子应力腐蚀开裂,最终造成管内氢气的泄漏.
In order to reveal the cause of a hydrogen leakage of accident of a connecting tube for the measuring instrument to the outlet of a hydrogen-circulation compressor for hydrocracking unit in an oil refining factory, the material composition, microstructure, corrosion situation, crack and fracture of the connecting tube were analyzed. Results show that the material is 316 stainless steel, and the failure was due to pitting induced by chloride which was enriched from the enviroment in the medium in local areas of its exterior wall. The pitting then induced the stress corrosion crack, thus resulted in the leakage of the connecting tube.
