摘要
为确保卡套式管接头在使用过程中不发生任何泄露,需按照ASTM F1387-99(2012)的要求进行卡套和管子匹配性的弯曲疲劳和旋转弯曲试验,鉴于国内暂无专用试验机完成这两项试验,提出一种专用于进行卡套弯曲疲劳和旋转弯曲测试的装置设计和测试方法,采用力传感器来测量力值并据此计算受到的外部应力值,研制的试验装置进行了3/8inch卡套的弯曲疲劳试验和旋转弯曲试验,经检验证实试验过程无泄漏,此装置能有效提高测试效率,为卡套国产化提供技术支持,具有实际应用价值。
In order to make sure that the tube fitting does not have any leakage during application,the pipe and tube fitting should be tested following the guidelines of ASTM F1387-99(2012)about flexure fatigue and rotary flexure test.There is no suitable testing machine for flexure fatigue test and rotary flexure test.In this paper,a device design and test method which is dedicated to the flexure fatigue test and rotary flexure test of the tube fitting is introduced.The force sensor is used to measure the force and the value is used to calculate the external stress.The test machine has made a test for flexure fatigue and rotary flexure test of 3/8 inch tube fitting,and it is verified by inspection that there is no leakage during the test process.This device can improve the test efficiency and provide technical support for the localization of tube fitting,so the device has practical application value.
