摘要
根据任意方向的应变公式,分析了材料力学基本实验中应变片粘贴方向、位置误差对测量结果的影响。
Basing on the formula of strain along any direction,the effect of orientation and position of strain gauge on measurement results in material mechanics experiments is analyzed.The orientation and position of strain gauge have less effect in axial tension.Its orientation has great effect in pure bending,especially when its height is small.Therefore much more attention must be paid to when developing this experiment equipment.It is sensitive in combined deformation experiment.
