摘要
以某国产客车车身为研究对象,建立客车车身结构有限元模型,分析了客车车身结构弯曲工况下的应力和位移分布特征,并进行了电阻应变测量试验.通过试验测得该车身在弯曲工况下的最大应力值为201.3 MPa,最大位移为7.31mm,为该客车车身骨架后续的改进和优化提供了参考依据.
Taking a certain bus body as the research object, this paper establishes a finite-element model of the body structure in detail, analyzes the bus body structure stress and the displacement distribution characteristics under bending condition. A resistance strain measurement experiment is carried out. It is found that under bending conditions the maximum stress value of the body is 201.3 MPa, the maximum displacement is 7.31 mm. The proposed conclusion provides the reference basis for follow-up improvement and optimization of the bus body frame.
