摘要
对某大客车笼式车身进行三维建模,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对车身结构实施弯曲、扭转和急速过弯3种工况的分析运算和校验,然后根据分析数据提出合理的车身改进方案.通过对车身结构的调整,均衡了车身各部位所受的应力,使车身材料的有效利用率得到提高,对客车车身的轻量化和高强度化具有积极意义.
With 3D modeling for a specific cage bus-body, the bus-body structure is first calculated and verified using ANSYSTM under three working conditions of bending, torsion and rapid cornering. Then, the bus-body improved design option is proposed based on data analysis. By modifying the bus-body structure, the stresses from different bus-body positions are finally balanced to enhance the bus-body material efficiency. To this end, this approach signifies the light-weight and high-strength for bus bodies.
