摘要
针对西气东输管道沿线站场和阀室引压管口径小、壁薄,在压力增大时易发生泄漏的问题,对全线引压管实施了不停输封堵维改修作业。介绍了小口径管道在线封堵技术方案和施工流程,以及在施工过程中应考虑的风险因素,给出了该封堵工艺的适应范围。改造后的引压管壁厚增至5mm,有效提高了管道运行的安全性。
Pressure lead-in pipe used in compressor stations and valve chambers of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline is characterized by small diameter with thin pipe wall and easy to leak when pressure is increased.In allusion to this problem,technical improvement to the pressure lead-in pipes of the whole pipeline with on-line stoppling technology is made.Scenarios in on-line stoppling technology for small— diameter pressure lead-in pipe and improvement steps are introduced,and risk factors possibly existed during the improvement are considered and suitable scope for on-line stoppling technology is provided.The wal! thickness for improved pressure lead-in pipe is increased to 5 mm,which effectively ensure the safety in pipeline operation.
