摘要
采用激光熔覆沉积方法,在送粉时通过原位混合316L不锈钢和Stellite31合金两种粉末并改变两种粉末的比例,直接制备出316L不锈钢-Stellite31梯度功能材料。沿梯度方向对所制材料的成分、组织、硬度进行了分析测试。结果表明,激光熔覆沉积实现了不同比例316L不锈钢和Stellite31合金的原位均匀合金化,所制备梯度功能材料沿梯度变化方向的微观组织、成分及硬度呈连续变化。
Functional gradient materials of 316L stainless steel to Stellite31 cobalt based super-alloy have been successfully prepared through laser clad deposition with in-situ mixing these two powders and gradually changing their feeding ratio. The composition analysis, microstructure characterization and microhardness test along the gradient direction are investigated. The results indicated that in-situ uniformly alloying of different ratio of 316L stainless steel and Stellite 31 alloy are realized through laser clad deposition. Along the gradient direction, the microstructure, composition as well as microhardness of the prepared functional gradient materials present continuous change.
