摘要 对枸杞色素的提取工艺条件进行了初步研究.结果表明:枸杞干果预处理条件为0.7mol/L的Na2CO3皂化30min,0.5mol/L稀硫酸中和起泡pH为7.5,离心后无水乙醇浸泡10min;枸杞色素最佳提取条件为:提取溶剂为1∶4乙酸乙酯乙醚溶液,料液比1∶10,提取温度40℃,时间3h. A preliminary study on the extraction method and technological conditions of red pigment from Chinese wolfberry was made in this paper. The result indicated that the Chinese wolfberry dry fruits were pretreated under 0.7mol/l sodium carbonate solution, neutralized and bubbled by diluted sulfuric to 7.5, put in water for 10 minutes after centrifuging; the best extraction conditions of red pigment from dry Chinese wolf berry fruit after certain pretreatment were. 1 : 4 ethyl acetate soaking in diethyl ether solution as extraction solvent, the ratio of grains to liquid 1 : 10, extraction temperature 40℃, time 3h.
