摘要
目的:考察柚皮苷与磷脂形成复合物后与柚皮苷在成骨细胞活性和小肠段吸收的差异。方法:采用体外培养法从乳鼠中分离出成骨细胞,然后用不同浓度的柚皮苷、柚皮苷磷脂复合物作用于成骨细胞,使用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色分析、ALP含量测定来观察其对成骨细胞增殖和分化功能的影响;通过大鼠在体肠回流实验测定了磷脂复合物和柚皮苷的吸收量变化。结果:柚皮苷、柚皮苷磷脂复合物均能促进成骨细胞增殖和分化,具有较好的抗骨质疏松活性。大鼠在体肠回流实验可见柚皮苷制备成磷脂复合物后,能显著促进柚皮苷在肠段的吸收。结论:磷脂的加入可有效提高柚皮苷的亲脂性,改善机体对其吸收,从而提高其成骨细胞活性。
AIM: To observe the activity of naringin and is phospholipids complex on osteoblasts cultured in vitro. METHODS: Osteoblasts were isolated from rats and the cell morphology was observed by alkaline phosphtase(ALP) staining. Naringin and is phospholipids complex in different concentrations were added to the osteoblasts, which were incubated. The effect on the proliferation and osteo- genesis of osteoblasts was monitored by MTT analysis, ALP activity. With regurgitation test in intestine segment of rat in vivo, was studied the absorption of naringin and phospholipids complex. RESULTS: Naringin and phosphohpids complex have certain effects on osteoblasts. The absorption rate of phospholipids complex was higher than naringin' s. CONCLUSION: The main activity of phospholipids on phospholipids complex is to promote the absorption of the cell.
