摘要
根据具有双悬臂结构的某实际空气压缩机组六七级压缩机转子几何参数,建立了系统的离散化模型。采用自编的Riccati传递矩阵算法与商业化有限元软件对转子系统进行了固有特性分析和对比,并用Newmark法对转子系统有限元模型进行了不平衡响应数值计算,最后将理论数值仿真结果和工厂实际运转机组的现场数据进行对照,证明转子系统离散模型简化方法和结果正确可靠。计算结果同时指出,具有双悬臂结构的转子系统的悬伸端为振动易超标区,这对具有此类结构的旋转机械故障监测和诊断提供了参考和依据。
The simplified model of 6-7 stage air compressor with double-over-hung structures is established according to the real dimensions.The natural characteristics of the rotor system are analyzed with the Riccati transfer matrix method and a finite element software.The corresponding imbalance response of the finite element model of the system is calculated with the Newmark method.The comparison between the results of numerical simulation and the on-line data of running air compressor sets proves the validity of the model and results.The results show that the over-hung parts of the rotor system tend to exceed the vibration limits.The paper can supply the reliable references to the fault diagnosis and identification of the rotating machinery with such structure.
