摘要
根据煤化工甲醇项目等工艺流程特点,有针对性的对大流量氨冷冻离心压缩机气动方案选型、结构设计、流程控制以及防喘设计进行了分析和总结,提出如何突破设计过程中遇到的难点和关键点。
According to the process characteristics in coal chemical methanol project,this paper has purposely analyzed and summarized the aerodynamic scheme selection,structure design,process control and anti-surge design for large flow and ammonia refrigerant centrifugal compressor unit.And the ways to break through the difficulties and key points encountered in the design process are pointed out.
