摘要
采用矢量法提出了一种轮齿接触离散化模型自动生成算法。该算法用TCA描述齿面坐标,能自动适应齿轮副任何瞬时转角位置:并在形成整体坐标时考虑了安装条件的变化;还提出了一种求解局部共轭齿面间相对间隙的方法;最后用 CAD直观地显示出轮齿接触离散化模型。
This paper presents a mesh autogenerating method of tooth contact model for spiral bevel and hypoid gears by use of vector analysis. The tooth surface is described by TCA method. The model can be put into any angular position of gear. The change in mounting condition is also considered in the global coordinate. This paper also presents an iterative method to find the initial gap between meshing local conjugate teeth. Finally, the mesh model of tooth contact is illustrated by use of CAD technique.
