摘要
目的:建立测定地塞米松搽剂中主药含量的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为415nm。结果:醋酸地塞米松检测浓度的线性范围为10～50μg.mL-1(r=0.9998);平均回收率为100.9%,RSD=1.0%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for determining acetate dexamethasone in dexamethasone liniment. METHODS： An ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was adopted with a wavelength of 415 nm. RESULTS： The method displayed a good linear relationship in the range of 10-50μg·mL^-1（r = 0.999 8） . The average recovery was 100.9% with RSD 1.0%. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the determination of dexamethasone in dexamethasone liniment.
