摘要
目的 :建立依可舒乳膏中主药联苯苄唑与氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC法以不同的色谱条件分别测定。结果 :以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ;测定联苯苄唑的流动相为甲醇 水 (80∶2 0 ) ,检测波长 2 5 6nm ,流速 1.0mL·min-1,柱温 35℃ ,在此条件下 ,浓度与峰面积的线性范围 19.8~ 6 9.3mg·L-1,平均加样回收率 98.9% (RSD为 0 .4 % ) ;测定氯霉素的流动相为甲醇 水 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 2 78nm ,流速 1.0mL·min-1,柱温 35℃ ,在此条件下浓度与峰面积的线性范围2 0 .4~ 71.4mg·L-1,平均加样回收率 10 2 % (RSD为 0 .7% )。结论 :方法简便 。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determining the contents of chloramphenicol and bifonazole in Yikeshu cream.METHODS An HPLC method with different chromatographic conditions was used for determining the two components.RESULTS Measurement was carried out at the same column temperature 35℃ and flow rate 1.0 mL ·min -1 ,the mean recovery and the linear range were 98.9% (RSD= 0.4% )and 19.8 ~ 69.3 mg ·L -1 for bifonazole at 256 nm with mobile phase of methanol water(80∶20) , 102.0% (RSD= 0.7% ) and 20.4 ~ 71.4 mg ·L -1 for chloramphenicol at 278 nm with mobile phase of methanol water(80∶20), respectively. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple and accurate.
