摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定阿糖胞苷十八烷基磷酸钠胶囊中主药含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为C18,流动相为乙腈缓冲液-水(50∶50),检测波长为275nm,流速为1mL.min-1。结果:阿糖胞苷十八烷基磷酸钠线性范围为10～25μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.22%(RSD=0.15%)。结论:本方法准确度高,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of main agent in cytarabine ocfosfate capsules. METHODS： The chromatographic conditions included C18 column, mobile phase of aeetonitrile- water （50 ： 50）, wavelength at 275nm and flow rate at 1mL · min ^-1.RESULTS： The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10-25μg · mL^ -1（r = 0.999 9） . The average recovery was 100.22%, and RSD was 0.15% .CONCLUSIONS： This method is highly accurate, and can be used for content determination of the preparation.
