缺血修饰白蛋白临床研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)为心肌缺血发作时人血清白蛋白氨基酸末端序列乙酰化或缺失所致,IMA是迄今为止唯一经美国FDA批准上市销售用为临床诊断的心肌缺血生化标志物。鉴于缺血修饰白蛋白敏感性极高,在临床中具有良好的应用前景。本文就缺血修饰白蛋白临床研究进展作一综述,旨在为进一步临床应用及相关科学研究提供助益。
