缺血修饰白蛋白在急性冠脉综合症诊断中的应用

摘要 目的与传统的诊断ACS的指标ECG和cTnI相比,观察IMA在ACS诊断中的作用。方法选择急诊胸痛入院病人53例,入院后2h内查IMA、cTnI和ECG三项指标,用常规方法诊断,观察IMA对ACS的诊断性能。结果IMA诊断缺血性胸痛的敏感度为81%,特异性仅43%。三项指标联合诊断使敏感度提高到90%。结论IMA是诊断心肌缺血的早期指标,IMA、cTnI和ECG三项指标联合应用对于急诊室快速、正确地诊断ACS具有重要的意义。 Objective To evaluate the values of ischemia modified albumin (IMA) in diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and compared with traditional ECG and cTnl. Methods Selected .53 patients with chest pain in emergency situation, and had their ECG, IMA and cTnl determined, diagnosed with traditional method, and then evaluated the values of IMA in diagnosis of ACS. Results The sensitivity of IMA in diagnosis of ACS was 81%, combining the three values raised the sensitivity to 90%. Conclusions IMA is a new biochemical marker of myocardial ischemia in early diagnosis of acute cardiac coronary syndromes.
