摘要
研究了乙酰甲胺磷对鲫24 h、48 h、72 h的半致死浓度(LC50)和不同乙酰甲胺磷浓度梯度下鲫脑乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力。结果:在18~21℃下,乙酰甲胺磷对鲫的24 h、48 h、72 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为59.3 mg/L、47.4 mg/L、40.3 mg/L。鲫在几组低浓度乙酰甲胺磷下暴露5 d,在同一检测时间内,脑AChE活力随浓度升高而下降;在同一浓度下检测,脑AChE活力随暴露时间的延长而升高。在乙酰甲胺磷暴露浓度为28.4 mg/L时,24 h取样检测,乙酰甲胺磷对鲫脑乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制作用极显著(P≤0.01),72 h、120 h取样检测,抑制作用减弱但仍显著(P≤0.05)。
The acute toxicity of acephate on C. auratus by half-static test methods was investigated. In 24, 48, 72 h, the LC50 to C. auratus at 18 - 21 ℃ was 59.3 mg/L, 47.4 mg/L, 40. 3 mg/L, respectively. Meanwhile, the effects of acephate on brain acetyl cholinesterase(ACHE) of C. auratus was also conducted. C. auratus were exposed to acephate solution of several different concentrations for 5 days. The results indicated that at the same determination time, the activities of brain AChE decreased as the concentrations of acephate increased. However, the activities of brain AChE increased again as the exposing time extended in all test group. When the concentration of acephate was 28.4 mg/L, the inhibition effect of acephate on brain AChE of C. auratus was extremely remarkable ( P≤0. 01 )in 24 h, but as the time extended, the inhibition effect decreased and became less remarkable in 72 h and 120 h.
