久效磷对黄鳝乙酰胆碱酯酶、羧酸酯酶和磷酸酶活性的影响 被引量:12

On effects of monocrotophos on AChE, CaE, ALP and ACP activities of Monopterus albus

摘要 采用静态急性毒性实验方法,研究了久效磷对黄鳝脑乙酰胆碱酯酶及肝脏、肾脏羧酸酯酶、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明,在水温(20±2)℃条件下,经0.25mg·L-1、0.50mg·L-1、1.00mg·L-1和2.00mg·L-1的久效磷暴露96h,黄鳝肝脏、肾脏羧酸酯酶和脑乙酰胆碱酯酶活性均显著下降,但两者表现出不同的抑制模式。随着暴露质量浓度的升高,肝脏和肾脏羧酸酯酶活性的下降幅度逐渐变小,而脑乙酰胆碱酯酶活性下降幅度却由小变大。久效磷暴露黄鳝96h,肝脏、肾脏酸性磷酸酶活性均升高;而肝脏碱性磷酸酶活性升高;肾脏碱性磷酸酶活性降低。久效磷暴露质量浓度与脑乙酰胆碱酯酶和肝脏、肾脏羧酸酯酶活性之间具有剂量-效应关系,酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶可能在鱼体抵御有机磷农药毒性作用中有着重要的作用,其机理有待进一步研究。此外,本文还探讨了有机磷农药靶标酶乙酰胆碱酯酶和解毒酶羧酸酯酶、磷酸酶之间的相关性。 The present paper aims at introducing the authors' research report on the effects of the monocrotophos on the activities of brain acetylcholinerase (ACHE), liver and kidney carboxylesterase (CaE), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), acid phosphatase (ACP) of Monopterns albus through a static toxicity experiment. The results show that after being exposed to the monocrotophos at the concentration of 0.25 mg·L^-1, 0.50 mg·L^-1, 1.00 mg·L^-1 and 2.00 mg·L^-1 for 96 hours at the temperature (20 ± 2)℃, the activities of liver and kidney CaE and brain AChE would be remackably impeded and even inhibited in different inhibition patterns. Particularly significant was the effect with the activity of CaE in the liver and kidney tissues, which were inhibited ( P 〈 0.01) in all the treatment concentrations. But the inhibition of the activity of brain AChE remained just at 0.25 mg ·L^ -1 of monocrotophos ( P 〈 0.05 ), though it was extremely significant at the other different concentrations ( P 〈 0.01). The activities of liver and kidney CaE actually exhibited a pattern that the inhibition extent would he smaller with the increase of the exposure content while the activities of brain AChE showed an opposite tendency. Moreover, the activity of ALP was accelerated with the liver, but inhibited with the kidney. At the same time, the activities of ACP were found to be increased in both liver and kidney of Monopterus albus. In addition, a dose-effect relationship between the concentrations of monocrotophos and the activities of brain ACHE, liver and kidney CaE of Monopterus albus was also discovered. The ALP and ACP asn perhaps playing an important role in the resistance of fish to the poison of organophosphorus pesticides, and elucidation of the mechanism needs to be further studied. And, finally, the present study has also given a detailed discussion on the relationship and correlation between AChE of brain and CaE, ALP and ACP of liver and kidney in Monopterus albus after monoerotophos bein
