摘要
给家兔灌服不同剂量甲胺磷造成急性中毒,分时间(1 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h)采血,观察血清中胆碱酯酶(CHE)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及碱性磷酸酶(AKP)水平变化。结果:与灌药前相比,①试验组CHE明显受抑制(P<0.01),且在对应各时间相,中剂量(5.0 mg·kg-1)组抑制程度明显高于低剂量(2.5 mg·kg-1)组(P<0.01),但CHE抑制呈现先抑制后逐渐恢复的变化趋势;②试验组SOD呈下降趋势(P<0.05),MDA在血液中的堆积逐渐增加(P<0.05),LDH和AKP均呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05);在对应各时间相,中低剂量组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。
In order to study the changes of cholinesterase (ChE)、superoxide dismutase (SOD)、malonaldehyde (MDA)、lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in the course of acute poisoning of methamidophos (MAP), rabbits were orally dosed with different dosage of MAP,and then serial blood samples were collected from prepoisoning and on postpoisoning hours 1,6,12,24 and 48. The results showed: compared with the control group,(1)the activity of CHE was significantly inhibited in test groups (P<0. 01),and in predeterminate time, the activity of CHE in middle dosage group (5. 0 mg. kg-1)was significantly higher than that in low dosage group (2. 5 mg. kg-1) (P<0. 01),but the decrease of CHE activity was significantly recovered later ;(2)the activity of SOD was decreasing slowly, and MDA was exactly opposite, while the activity of LDH and AKP was increasing slowly, and in predeterminate time., the difference between middle dosage group and low dosage group was obvious (P<0. 05). We concluded that it may be exist injury of tissue cells, and may be related to lipid peroxidation.
