摘要
[目的]了解临床护理人员工作倦怠、组织承诺的程度及二者的相关性,为护理管理工作提供理论依据。[方法]对两所医院的164名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]临床护理人员工作倦怠得分与常模相比有差异,不同科室人员组织承诺不同,工作倦怠与组织承诺呈显著相关性。[结论]建议从管理角度减轻或消除护理人员的工作压力,提高护理人员对组织的忠诚度。
Objective: To know clinical nursing staff' s job burnout and organization commitment for them, and the correlation between job burnout and organization commitment, so as to provide some theoretical bases for nursing management. Methods: A total of 164 nurses from two hospitals were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Result: There was significant difference in terms of job burnout score of clinical nurses compared with the common model. Clinical nurses from different departments had got different organization commitments. There was remarkable correlation between job burnout and organization commitment. Conclusion: It suggested that one should relieve or eliminate job pressure from the view point of management, so as to enhance the loyalty of nursing staff toward their organization.
