摘要
教学督导在高校教学管理活动中具有不可忽视的功能。目前,我国高校教学督导工作还处于初始阶段,需要进一步发展和完善。本文从制度建设、队伍建立、督导内容和工作方法等几个方面分析了存在的问题,提出了解决方案。
The function of teaching supervision in teaching administration of institutions of higher learning can＇ t be neglected. At present, the teaching supervision in China has still been in its preliminary stage and therefore, it needs further developing and improving. This paper analyzes some existing problems in terms of system building, staff construction,and working contents and approaches, and it also puts forward some schemes to tackle the above mentioned problems.
