美国大学“生评教”的经验与启示 被引量:20

摘要 美国大学“生评教”具有个性化、多维度和多样性的特征。尽管研究者对其信度和效度看法不一,但大多学者的研究结果还是支持“生评教”的。我国大学课程教学质量评价指标体系的设计,应注意包含学生个性化的叙述性问题,评价指标应具有多维度、全过程的特征,并应根据背景特征的不同构建多样性的而不是统一的评价指标体系。
