摘要
研究了无机盐和生长因子对双孢蘑菇原种(斜面菌种)和液体菌种生长的影响,结果表明:0.1%KH2PO4和MgSO4能较好地促进双孢蘑菇菌种的生长;在培养基中添加0.15μg/ml Vc、0.15μg/ml VB1、0.1μg/ml VB6和0.05μg/ml VB7最有利于原种的生长,添加0.05μg/ml Vc、0.1μg/ml VB1、0.1μg/ml VB6和0.1μg/ml VB7最有利于液体菌种的生长。
The impacts of inorganic salts and growth factors on the growth of Agaricus bisporus strain and strain in liquid medium were studied.The results showed that 0.1% KH2PO4 and MgSO4 in the medium could promote the growth rate of Agaricus bisporus strain.0.15 μg/ml Vc,0.15 μg/ml VB1,0.1 μg/ml VB6 and 0.05 μg/ml VB7 was beneficial for the growth of strain in agar medium.In addition,the mixture of 0.05 μg/ml Vc,0.1 μg/ml VB1,0.1 μg/ml VB6 and 0.1 μg/ml VB7 was added to the liquid medium,which could promote the growth of the strain in liquid medium.
