摘要
通过真姬菇深层培养的方法,筛选出最适合真姬菇生长的碳源、氮源、无机盐及碳氮比,结果表明,最适宜的碳源是可溶性淀粉,最适宜的氮源是麦麸,最适宜的无机盐是硫酸镁,最适宜的碳氮比是40～60∶1。
The result showed that the best carbon source was starch, the best nitrogen source was wheat-bran and the best inorganic salt source was MgSO4. The most favorable ratio of C/N was 40-60：1.
