摘要
高职院校在人才培养方面应该怎样定位是一个重大的理论和现实问题,本文论述了科学发展观下的高等职业教育在人才培养方面,是国际化与本土化的统一,是社会本位与以人为本的统一,是共性与个性的统一,是人文教育与科学教育的统一,是数量与质量的统一。
How to target talent cultivation in higher vocational education is a major problem both in theory and practice.This paper illustrates the five unifications in professional cultivation based on the value of the scientific development conception,which are unifications of globalization and localization,society-orientation and human-orientation,generality and individuality,humanity and science,and quantity and quality.
