DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM FOR MINE BASED ON WEB

摘要 设计与实现一个基于Web的煤矿视频监控系统,介绍了该系统的结构模型以及主要功能模块和关键技术。重点对基于单/组播混合传输的网络层QoS控制策略进行了分析,讨论了拥塞控制和差错控制的算法思想,并给出了一种单速率组播拥塞控制算法的优化方法。 The paper designs and realizes a video surveillance system for mine based on Web. The structure model and the chief functional module and the key technology of this system has been introduced. Much attention is paid to the QoS control strategies in Network Layer, then, the implementation of algorithm for congestion control and error control is discussed. Finally ,This article suggests a kind of the optimizing algorithm for single rate congestion controller.
