摘要 大功率蓄电池组监测技术是电动车应用研究中的核心问题。本文介绍一种以单片机为核心的解决方案,这种方案将原本设计为单个蓄电池检测的专用硬件—“电池监视器”,附加一些电路,进而应用在蓄电池组的检测中。此方案能够直接获得电压、电流、温度和剩余电量等参数,不需要价格昂贵的调理电路和A/D卡等,软、硬件都能够简化,而且体积小巧,功耗极微,成本低廉,抗干扰能力强,适合在公交系统电动车车载蓄电池组监测等场合中大量采用。 How to monitor large power battery is a key for research of the applications of electric vehicles. This paper introduces a method based on single chip microcomputer,which uses the battery monitor IC designed for monitoring single cell and some components ,and is able to monitor battery. The method can directly obtain the parameters of voltage, current, temperature and remaining capacity, without high-priced transform circuits and A/D cards. The method is simple in hardware and software, very little in consumed power, lower in price, small in dimension, of strong anti-interference ability. Therefore, it is suitable for widely using to monitor battery in electric vehicles of public transit system.
