摘要
本文从民族概念的扩展,民族问题视野的拓宽,民族观与祖国观的和谐,全面体现科学发展观四个方面,分析理解中央“十二条”构建的民族理论新体系。认为该理论体系立足于世界古今的民族实际,植根于中华本土,实现了从聚焦矛盾到总揽全局的视野转换,代表着各族人民最高利益与国际主义远大理想的同一性,开创了马克思主义民族理论中国化的新纪元。
This paper analyzes the new system of ethno-theory constructed by the “twelve items” (twelve items about ethno-theory in the Decision to Strengthen the Ethnic Work and Fasten the Economic and Social Development of Ethnic Minority and Ethnic Areas) from four aspects: the extension of the concept of “Minzu,” widening of the view concerning the ethnic problem, the harmony of the minzu and motherland idea, and full embodiment of the scientific concept of development. The paper argues that the theory is established on the world wide reality in history and today, and rooted in the Chinese earth. The system achieves the change of the view from the focalization of the contradictions to the control of the overall situation. It embodies the sameness of the interests of all nationalities and the long-range ideal of the internationalism and opens a new era of the Marxist ethno-theory with Chinese characterization.
