摘要
数控机床可以完成各种复杂形曲面的零件加工。研究了用于固体火箭发动机复杂形药柱整形的虚拟轴机床数控系统,介绍了三杆四自由度虚拟轴机床数控系统的控制原理、硬件组成及软件结构。数控系统以"PC+PMAC"为硬件平台、以Windows操作系统为软件平台,构建虚拟轴机床的开放式数控系统,充分利用PMAC的多轴联动控制和快速实时通讯能力以及PC机丰富的软件资源和高效的数据处理能力,实现了虚拟轴机床的人机交互、位置伺服控制和全闭环控制等功能。
This paper is concerned with virtual axis machine tool in solid rocket engine for complex grain machining in that the virtual axis machine can perform the various complex cavity machining. The paper offers a detailed description of the control principle, hardware composing and software structure of 4-DOF virtual axis machine tool with three legs numerical control system. The paper introduces the use of the so-called "PC + PMAC" as the platform of systematic hardware and Windows as the software platform in building the virtual axis machine tool NC system, and a full use of the multi-axises motion control, fast real time communication of PMAC, software resources and efficient data processing of PC to are realize man machine interface, position servo control, real time measurement of cutter configuration and closed loop control of the virtual axis machine tool.
