摘要
基于IPC+PMAC组成的上下位机模式的硬件平台和win2000、vc6.0、Pcomm32pro组成的软件平台,利用自行开发的多任务软件控制模块,建立了BKX-I型变轴机床的开放式数控系统。解决了系统实现过程中的关键技术如6轴联动的控制、电机主轴(第7轴)的运动控制、冷却泵的控制以及对刀、工件定位信号的反馈控制。同时把系统控制软件实际制作过程中对各个任务模块的划分和各个任务模块之间的通讯作了阐述,对工件的具体加工、该类数控系统软件制作以及该类机床的推广和实用化有实际意义。
Based on the hardware platform of IPC+PMAC and the software platform of Win2000+Vc6.0+ Pcomm32pro, using the software control module developed by myself, the opening NC system for BKX-I type Virtual Axis Machine Tools was established. The key technology of the system such as controlling the parallel moving of the six axes, controlling the moving of the principal axis, controlling the on/off of the cooler and reacting on the signals feedback from the cutter-orienting probe and the workpiece-orienting probe was described in details. The modules partition of the software and communication between each module was described also.
