扇区水泥胶结测井技术在三高气井固井质量评价中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 高压、高含硫、高危"三高"气井影响固井质量的因素复杂,采用常规测井技术很难对其固井质量进行精确评价。扇区水泥胶结测井仪(SBT)测井技术基本不受井斜、钻井液、高温等因素的影响,可以测到小于15°的窜槽,可确定水泥环沟槽宽度和方位、层间水泥封隔性能以及产层之间的水泥环封隔性能等;可以评价水泥胶结的周向差异状况;对于不同的套管壁厚,利用SBT测量记录的衰减率曲线,可以求出水泥环的抗压强度。SBT能测量6条水泥胶结曲线、1条相对方位曲线、1幅VDL变密度地层胶结波列;SBT还能和套管接箍、自然伽马、补偿中子等仪器组合测量CCL、GR、CN等深度校正曲线。在P2-×井、QB-2井等井中的应用结果表明,SBT测井技术能够确定串槽、水泥胶结比等参数,可以准确评价三高气井固井质量,是一种有效的三高气井固井质量测井评价技术。 It is difficult to exactly evaluate cementation quality just with conventional logging technologies in called ‘3-high' gas wells (high dangerous with high pressure and high sulfur content) because of their complicated influence factors. With almost no influence by hole inclination, drilling fluid and high temperature, Segmented Bond Tool (SBT) can determine width and azimuth of channels in the cement annulus, isolation between different layers, and the cementation quality between casing and formation. By case studies of P2-× well and QB-2 well, logging with SBT has been proved to be an effective cementing quality evaluation technology in the ‘3-high’ gas wells to identify channeling and determine cementation ratio.
