摘要
在压力系数低、易漏地层 ,特别是裂缝型、溶洞型碳酸盐岩地层固井中 ,采用密度为 1.88g/cm3 左右的常规水泥浆固井 ,极易引起井漏 ,造成固井失败 ,固井质量不合格。根据紧密堆积理论 ,采用水泥 +漂珠 +微硅不同粒度的颗粒级配 ,研究出了低密度水泥浆体系。通过实验得出添加剂在不同密度下的干混最佳比例 ,从而达到了水泥浆低密度高强度的目的。该水泥浆在塔里木油田轮古地区 2 0多口井中应用取得了很好的经济效益 ,特别是在井深 6 0 0 8.5 4m的开窗侧钻水平井的 φ 12 7mm尾管固井中 ,水泥浆最低密度已达到 1.2 0g/cm3 ,固井质量全优。该水泥浆在固井中的密度在 1.10~ 1.6 0 g/cm3
During the cementing process in low pressure factor formation, especially in fractured or caved carbonate rock, lost circulation is easy to occur if conventional cement slurry with density of 1.88 g/cm 3 is used, and cementing quality is poor. Based on the concept of High Packing Density, a light-weight cement slurry was developed by optimizing the particle distribution of cement, microsphere and microsilicate. Optimum ratios of the additives to get different densities in dry blending condition were obtained to provide the slurry with low density and high strength. This slurry has been applied in more than 20 wells in LunGu area of Tarim Oilfield with economical output. Especially when it was used in the φ 127 mm liner cementing of sidetracked horizontal hole as deep as 6008.54 m, the slurry density was as low as 1.20 g/cm 3.and cementing quality is excellent. In addition, this slurry is conditional between 1. 10~1. 60 g/cm 3 in field.
