摘要
扇区水泥胶结测井仪(SBT)是一种检测套管水泥胶结质量及探测孔穴孔道的声波测井仪器。一次下井可测量8个扇区套管水泥分布图、3 ft声幅曲线、5 ft密度图。介绍了仪器的工作原理、现场刻度、地面操作方法。通过实际测井,该仪器具有很好的识别套管外的孔穴孔道、探测范围较大、受薄泥浆环影响小、不受重泥浆、油基泥浆、井内套管厚度影响等特点,目前是检测固井质量和管外窜槽的一种新的有效的测井仪器之一。
Sector Cement Bond Tool(SBT) is an acoustic log tool for inspecting quality of the cement bond around the circumference of the casing tubing ans for measuring the pore paths. SBT is able to measure casing cement distributions in eight individual sectors and provide 3-foot amplitude/travel time and 5-foot full waveform displays in a single logging pass. SBT's operating principles, field calibration and operation method are given. Logging examples have proved that this tool is one of the logging tools for inspecting cement quality and detecting cement chanellings outside the casings.
