摘要
在紫外光波作用下,蛋白质与原卟啉Ⅸ结合物的敏化荧光与癌的发光特征基本相符,表明癌的发光并非潴留在其细胞组织中卟啉单一发光,而可能是癌细胞组织中的发光物质与卟啉之间的敏化荧光。探讨了癌发光的分子基础。
The DNA molecule is presented by a discrete one dimensional lattice and the interaction between the interstrand bases pair of the double helix is modeled by the 2-3 power potential. The nonlinear Hamiltonian and the dynamic equation of the discrete one dimensional system is derived. Then, applying the numerical method and the Lattice Greens functions formalism respectively, we discuss the stability of the breather excited by laser radiating and explain the results of our biological experiments.
