摘要
本世纪生态工业将是工业发展的一种新型模式,生态工业园是在循环经济与生态工业学理论指导下形成的实现制造业企业与环境协调发展的经济发展模式。以工业生态学的基本思想为基础,分析了威海市生态工业园的现状,表现为:综合利用企业个数少,工业园区内企业各自经营,没有形成大型聚集链和产业链;提出了威海市生态工业园可持续发展与管理的原则;建议抓紧制定切实可行的生态园区发展规划,抓住有利时机,加速打造生态化工业园区,创新机制,推动生态园区发展。
Ecological industry will be a kind of new type mode of the industrial development in this century. Ecological industrial park came in to being by circle economy and industry ecology theories, and it can harmonize the manufaetu ringenterp rises development with the environment. Based on the basic thought of ecological industry, the basic characteristics and functions of eeo - industry parks in Weihai were analyzed. It was found that there were only a few comprehensive utilization enterprises in the eeo - industrial park,and the large - scale gathering chain and the industrial chain had not been formed because of the respective management of enterprises. Some principles are concluded to provide a new view for sustainable development and management of industrial parks in Wenhai. The suggestions including to formulate the practical and feasible development plan of eeo - industrial park, to speed up the park construction at the proper time, and to impel the park development by the innovation mechanism are made.
