摘要
文中运用SWOT工具分析了太原不锈钢产业园区在发展中的优势与劣势,在后危机时代所面临的机会与威胁,在此基础上提出了园区在未来发展的四大战略,以期对今后打造全球最具竞争力的不锈钢深加工基地提供理论上的支持。
The paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industrial Park with the tool of SWOT,and proposes four strategies based on the analysis in order to provide theoretical support for building the world＇s most competitive stainless steel deep processing base in the future.
