摘要
目的:了解医学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表对818名医学生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果:医学生心理问题阳性检出率为21.3%,症状出现最多的为强迫症状,最少的为恐怖症状。被调查医学生的躯体化、人际关系、敌对、精神病性因子得分与全国常模相比,差别有统计学意义,且低于全国常模,其余各因子差别无统计学意义。医学生的生活压力、家庭和睦情况等因素被引进模型。结论:医学生群体的心理健康状况不容乐观,他们不同程度的存在一些心理健康问题。对此,有关教育者应引起高度重视。
To investigate the psychological health status and its influence factors in medical college students. Methods： The psychological health status of 818 medical college students were surveyed with SCL-90. Results： 21.3% students have mental problems. The most symptom is F2, the least symptom is FT. Compared with normal model, some factor scores are significance. Conclusions： The psychological health status of the medical students isn＇t optimist, and they exist some psychological health problems in various degree. As to this, relevant educators should pay close attention to.
