摘要
目的探索医科大学本科毕业生的心理健康状况,为开展医学生的心理健康教育和心理素质训练提供依据.方法用自拟《大学生创新创业与就业指导情况调查问卷》和SCL-90量表作为测试工具,根据随机抽样的原则,对某医科大学本科毕业生536人的心理健康状况进行测评,并进行统计分析研究.结果 SCL-90阳性检出率为18.7%,其中男生阳性检出率为20%,女生阳性检出率为17.9%,不同性别SCL-90阳性检出率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);独生子女与非独生子女SCL-90阳性检出率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);与全国常模进行比较,除抑郁、偏执2个因子无差异外(P>0.05),其余各因子差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),躯体化、人际关系、敌对3个因子分低于全国常模,强迫、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性4个因子分均高于全国常模;与全国大学生进行比较,10个因子分均低于全国大学生的因子分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论医学生的心理健康状况不容乐观,需要有关部门加强心理健康教育.
Objective To explore the mental health status of medical graduates,and to provide an evidence of conducting mental health education and training mental quality of medical students.Methods According to the principle of random sampling,we evaluated the mental health of 536 graduates from a medical college,and then did statistics analysis.We adopted the questionnaire of innovation,entrepreneurship and employment guidance of college students and the SCL-90 scale as testing tool.Results The positive detection rate of the SCL-90 scale was 18.7%.The positive rate of boys is 20%,and the positive detection rate of girls is 17.9%.The difference of positive detection rate of the SCL-90 scale was not statistically significant(P>0.05) between boys and girls.The difference of positive detection rate of the SCL-90 scale was not statistically significant(P>0.05)between only children and non-only children,too.Compared with the national norm,the factor scores of depression and paranoia had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The rest of the factors were statistically significant different(P<0.05).The factor scores of summarization,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility were lower than the national norm,and the factor scores of obsession,anxiety,terror,psychotic were higher than the national norm.Compared with the national norm,10 factor scores were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).ConclusionThe force,anxiety,terror,psychotic factor scores of the medical students are higher than the national norm,so the relevant departments should strengthen the mental health education.
