摘要
芳香酮和三氟乙酸乙酯在强碱CH3ONa作用下发生经典Claisen缩合反应,合成了两种未见文献报道的含氟β-二酮:4,4,4-三氟-1-(6-甲氧基-2-萘基)-1,3-二酮和4,4,4-三氟-1-(4-苄氧基苯基)-1,3-二酮。两种氟代β-二酮在氯仿溶液中几乎完全以烯醇式存在,其结构通过红外光谱、核磁氢谱、质谱和元素分析进行了确证。
Two new β-diketones containing trifluoromethyl groups, 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-( 6-methoxynaphthalen-2-yl ) butane-1, 3-dione and 4,4,4-trifluoro-1-( 4-phenylmethoxyphenyl ) butane-1,3-dione were synthesized from aromatic ketones and ethyl tri-fluoracetate by the classical Claisen condensation reaction using CH3ONa as the strong base. Their structures were determined by means of IR, 1^ HNMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The resuits showed that the two β-diketones containing the trifluoromethyl group almost completely exist in the enol form in the chloroform solvent.
