摘要 以氯乙酸为原料,通过酯化、Claisen缩合、O-烷基化和脱羧等反应合成出3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩,总产率为23.6%,运用FTIR、GC-MS对产品结构进行了表征,并对其反应机理进行了讨论。 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene was synthesized from chloroacetic acid by esterification, Claisen condensation, O-alkylation and decarboxylation. The total yield of product was about 23. 6%. The product was then characterized by FTIR and GC-MS, and the reaction mechanism was discussed.
