摘要
采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂D072配合脱水树脂作催化剂催化合成三氟乙酸乙酯,收率为93.7%。以三氟乙酸乙酯和对甲基苯乙酮为原料经Claisen缩合,得到化合物1-对甲基苯基-4,4,4-三氟丁-1,3-二酮,再与对肼基苯磺酰胺盐酸盐发生环合反应合成塞来昔布,总收率为35.5%。
A new method to synthesize trifluoroacetate, one of the intermediate of celecoxib was studied by using acidic positive ion exchange resin 13072 and high absorbent resin as catalysts with yield 93.7 %. Then celecoxib was synthesized through Claisen condensation and cyclization successively. The total yield reached 35.5 %.
